This hotel is perfectly located, close to the old town and by the sea. the rooms are colorful, comfortable, cozy and equipped with modern facilities such as a mini-fridge, hairdryer, and air conditioning. the staff are very attentive, welcoming and helpful. the breakfast is varied and delicious, with freshly baked goods and gluten-free options. the views of the harbor from the restaurant and terrace are breathtaking.
The menu options for dinner are limited.

The friendliest and kindest of staff. Large family room. Very clean. Coffee available all day long at 1 € per cup (must be the biggest bargain in Italy). 7-minute walk (with a 9-year old in tow!!!) into the epicentre of Ortigia. Great parking!!!! Free safe in room and complimentary bottle of water (nice touch!). We (family of four) all have our different wants, but would all happily come here again and again!
Breakfast was a bit sweet (only confectionary); would have liked a bit of fresh fruit, maybe some bread and cheese (I only really say this as a prep for my next stay!!!). Doors to passage could have been thicker and bedrooms at the back (where our friends spent a night before the hotel offered a different room) were pretty noisy.

This hotel is a hidden gem, located right on the waterfront. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with breathtaking views of the sea. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every need is taken care of. The breakfast, included in the price, is a simple but satisfying start to the day, with the option of a delicious cappuccino. The value for money is unbeatable, making it a perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers.
All was superb, a flawless experience from start to finish.

Room was very nice. Bathroom also very good. Both very clean. Plenty of light in the room. Staff very helpful even though they didn't speak much English. Free wireless internet very good and reliable. Located by the marina (yachts) and not far to walk to the historical sights.
It was a bit noisy one night due to cars going past the room (the room was next to a small street).

We were provided with the best room in the hotel - with the second floor and view of the harbour. Located very close to the Ortigy.
Breakfasts are very poor, nothing to eat except bread, no fruits, cheese and ham. But you can ask for yogurts. Bad service in the rooms.

Beautiful clean rooms, good airco, very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 8 nights and we got the best room with a terrace overlooking the small marina and Ortygia. There is a small but very nice private beach located right next to the hotel. This belongs to another establishment but you can rent beds and parasols at reasonable prices (25 euros for 2 persons for an entire day). We had a wonderful stay!
Very hard mattresses unfortunately.

Excellent location, great private beach, boat transfer to Ortygia and free parking all make it a winner!
Breakfast only fair. Some chairs and little tables in courtyard needed. We had nowhere to sit.

Spent my Christmas here and simply loved the location. It was definitely the best part of my stay! the key location facts were incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Plus, there was a private beach nearby, which was a nice surprise. the ample parking outside was also a plus. the room was airy and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.
The shower wasn't well maintained and there was some noise on Sunday night. it didn't detract too much from the overall stay.

Best and tastiest diner in Sicily after a fortnight travelling. Very friendly, clean, good parking etc.etc. No complaints. Great for visiting the old town, only minutes to walk.

Great location. Near the harbour. Lots of parking space. The old city in walking distance. Clean room with lots of space. Fridge in the room.
The matrasses wouldn't stay together, I had to get up several times at night to push them together. The surface on which the matrasses are lying is very slippery
